Dan spoon from the Ivory Coast, in the form of a stylized character, with arched legs, a long torso of rectangular section and the bowl acting as a head.

Beautiful used patina.

 

Origin:

  • Recolted by the Belgian botanist Jean Houzeau de Lahaie during his first expedition in 1933. Liuba and Ernesto Wolf collection before 1964
