(1830 - 1890)
Like Theodore Deck, Eugène-Victor Collinot was considered one of the best ceramists of his time. Several of his great compositions were shown at the World Fairs in Paris and Vienna. Eugene-Victor Collinot is the inventor of enamels in relief on earthenware. Indeed, this technique consists in separating the different enamels by a line called "ring".
