Beautiful female statue sitting on an Akan stool, signifying the importance of the subject, high-ranking woman

 

 

Made by the hand of a master or a workshop, recognisable by these large hands his bones marked with ankles and wrists.  Also by the marking under the shoulders and under the knees.  Also recognizable chest

 

 

Beautiful haughty, hieratic and majestic pose with a slight arch, beautiful and very fine scarifications over the whole body, serene face, very thin headdress
