The earthenware factory of Toul-Bellevue, founded in the middle of the 18th century in Toul by the master potter Charles François, is one of the great factories of Meurthe-et-Moselle, having contributed to the reputation of the famous earthenware of Lorraine. Closed in 1939, only two kilns and the owner's house remain today, all three of which have been registered with the IGPC since 1999.
