A student of Alexandre Blondeau and Léon Jouenne for engraving and Louis Majorelle for cabinetmaking, he exhibited in 1929 at the Salon des artistes français, of which he was a member, the wood Turks at work after Lothar Schreyer and obtained an honorable mention.
